Hi, I have a 2019 Highlander Hybrid with a factory installed trailer hitch with a 4 pin connector. I do not see any instructions on how the license plate bracket gets connected for lighting power. There are no instruction for that on Yakima website. Thanks,

The Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch # Y62VR may or may not cover your tail lights and license plate. If it does, you can add the License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System # Y74VR This kit includes all of the wiring that you need to plug into your vehicles 4-way connector.
