Question:
I have a few question. In this case, it does not come with the center bushing. So, do I need a bushing for the center hole? Do I also need a bushing for the shackle bolt? Thanks

You will want a center bushing for the center hole of the hanger part # TREQ1304 that you referenced. We have # TRBU11508 which has a 7/8 inch outer diameter and 1-3/4 inches long but with a 1/2 inch inner diameter.
The bolt on the slipper side does not need a bushing but the side that is designed for a spring eye does need a bushing. Most likely the spring has a bushing.
