Question:
I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually, with 5th wheel rail. My question is, will the AL57338 7500 lb airbag bolt right up without any drilling

The Air Lift suspension kit part # AL57338 that you referenced normally does not require drilling but if there are a set of fifth wheel rails present that have brackets that run along the frame rail where this kit installs there will be drilling required for install.
For a no-drill fit air bag kit for your application instead the Firestone kit part # F2709 would be what you'd need.
