Display Screen Is Not Showing Text On Lippert Ground Control

Question:

my readout lights up but no text appears and the orange light on the front and left button come on. Ive never had this issue before. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like there is an issue with your display screen on the Lippert Ground Control part # LC358590.
The orange light normally means the Lippert Ground Control is in "retract" mode but the screen should have text like you mentioned.

I contacted Lippert and they said you want to remove the panel and unplug it back from the back. Leave it unplugged for 15 minutes so that it completely shuts off. Check the screen for any signs of damage or corrosion on the wires. Then plug it in making sure you have a proper connection. If the screen is still blank, the control panel is defective.
