The arms of the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames # UF35-946403 can be taken out and rotated so the welding bracket is on the backside. The receiver tube is 2-1/2 inches square and the arm with the brackets is 2 inches square so you can easily remove them and rotate them to the direction of your liking.
