The correct replacement we have for your Marshall 210 Model Gas Regulator is the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59013. The inlet on this regulator uses a 1/4" female NPT connector and the outlet uses a 3/8" female NPT connector, there may or may not be adapters needed.
