The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRYS4 that fit a 2004 Chevy Suburban 1500 and Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRSB4S that fit a 2004 Chevy Suburban 2500 are different products that install differently and have a different affect on their vehicles, hence the 6,000 lb capacity for the springs that fit the 1500 and 3,600 lb capacity for the springs that fit the 2500. This is simply the capacity that Timbren's engineers determined after their product testing.

I've added links to video reviews for you to check out on both.
