We’re would the re set be for this unit, or the fuse. We extended it all the way up and it shut down.

Tthe etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX that you referenced has a 30 amp barrel fuse like # EJ-FUSE which is located in a flared opening right where the black power wire comes out of the motor housing. It is very easy to access and replace if the need arises.
Hopefully it's just a fuse that blew and you didn't damage the threads of the screw which is common when over extending powered a-frame jacks.
