Roof Vent Replacement for Roof that Has 5 Point Lid

Im not sure of the make on this vent/fan, but the outside dimensions of the lid edges are 13inch square inside lip is 11 1/2inch square. The longer hinge sections in the photos are 2 14 the shorter ones are 7/8. The total length of the hinge rail is 11 5/8. I was only able to upload one photo. I have several others if theyd helpand if youll let me know how to send them. Can you suggest a compatible lid replacement? Id like one in smokeinch or even clearinch not sure those are available if possible if not, white. Thanks for your expertise. Ken Wilson

You are second person this week with that style of roof vent that has asked for a lid. I wish we had a replacement for it but the 5 point hinge is not a style we offer so you'd have to replace the entire thing with something like the part # V2094SP-28 which fits the same roof opening you have now.
For an install kit you'd also need the # 344270KITW which includes mounting hardware and sealant.
