Which ladder rack works best with my 2019 honda rtl-e ridgeline with a bak x2 revolver cover?

I do have a solution for you, however there aren't any traditional ladder racks available for your 2019 Honda Ridgeline.

Your best option for creating a ladder rack type setup then will be with a roof rack on the cab of the truck combined with a hitch-mounted load extender like the Yakima # Y01149-1150 that will install in a 2 inch hitch receiver. For the roof rack I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex System that consists of # RRVA150B-2 for the two 59 inch Vortex Crossbars, # RRRLKVA for the 2500 Series Legs, and # DK470 for the Custom DK Fit Kit.

This will give you a really nice setup that still gives you the ability to secure longer and heavier loads over the bed of your truck. Since nothing is actually installing on the bed rails you also don't need to worry about any compatibility issues or interference with the existing BAK Tonneau Cover.
