Question:
I am rewiring an enclosed snowmobile trailer. I currently have regular 2 inch round lights that are 11/16 inches deep. I would like to switch these to the miro-flex 2 inch round 9 led light. MCL50AB. This light is 1 3/16 inches deep. I assume this problem can be corrected with the correct rubber gromit but i may be wrong. I would prefer to keep the lights as flush mounted as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated

If adding the Optronics light, # MCL50RB, you will need about 2 inches of space behind your existing light for it to fit. The reason is the Optronics light is deeper including the pigtail mounting surface and the pigtail, # A86PB. If you have at least 2 inches of clearance, then this light will fit in your existing 2 inch diameter hole with grommet # A54GB.
Light # MCL55RB is not quite as deep at 1 inch overall, so that is another option for you.
