The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Marine Winches come in varying capacities and all are shown on the linked page. For example, the 4K model # DL25200 will draw 40-amps and the 9K model # DL25215 will draw 70-amps current so the right battery box and charger will depend on which one you own and what size battery you'll be using to power it.

For a locking battery box with integrated 10-watt solar charger the TorkLift PowerArmor item you referenced # TLA7720RS is a good choice if its 17-3/4" long x 8-3/16" wide x 12-7/16" tall dimensions are compatible. If you can tell me which specific winch you have I can confirm with Dutton-Lainson what its power needs are. All battery boxes are linked for reference as are all StrongArm winches. We also have separate solar charges such as # PTW2997.

My tech contact there did say that they recommend using the 12V circuit from the running tow vehicle's 7-way (since this will mean the alternator is re-charging the battery) but if a battery will be used it should be a deep-cycle marine battery of the highest available CCA rating.
