Question:

Am looking at the subject jack on your web site. Under the related parts, mentions a replacement fuse. Is there a compartment for the fuse or where is it located? There is no picture on your site for the jack that shows or describes the fuse. Thanks

On the etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX that you referenced the 30 amp barrel fuse like # EJ-FUSE is located in a flared opening right where the black power wire comes out of the motor housing. It is very easy to access and replace if the need arises.

Trying to find your video on finding the fuse to replace on the ram a frame tongue jack. Could you share it with me. I’ve looked everywhere, apparently it’s in the motor?

@Robb Hey Robb! I wasn't able to track down a video either. The closest I could find to some direction is an old manual I got ahold of that says the 30 amp slow burn barrel fuse is inline where the black wire comes out of the motor housing.
