If you remove the screen on your vent assembly there should be both a brand and model number listed. If you can provide this then I can give you the correct replacement lid. If not your only other option would be to remove the vent lid you have now and pay attention to the hinge. If it is a continuous hinge like the photo I have attached for you then you can use the Vent Cover for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents part # BV0554-03.
The Replacement Lid for MaxxFan and MaxxFan Plus Roof Vents part # MA10A40009K which has a four point hinge is also a popular replacement.
