I looked up an interior picture of your 2019 Toyota Tacoma and there's an open area in front of the gear shift under the HVAC controls which would be the best place to install the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 with the custom install harness for your truck part # 3031-P.

Hey Mike, there is no plug and play wiring harness for the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller #TK90160 and your 2021 Toyota Tacoma, unfortunately, you'd have to use the included universal wiring harness.
