I want to pull a travel trailer with my 2014 f150 stx 5.0 but I dont want to overload it I want to know whats the maximum weight it can pull

Looks like the towing capacity of your 2014 Ford F-150 STX with a 5.0 liter V8 has a capacity of 6,300 lbs.
The Curt hitch part # C14002 that you referenced is a fit for your truck and has more capacity than you'd need so it would allow you to easily tow up to your capacity of 6,300 lbs.
