Yes, the Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-93555 will bolt to the frame of your 2018 Ram 3500. For vehicles that have the tow hooks those will need to be removed. I have attached a review video and the written instructions (that includes pictures) for you to check out.
