Question:
does curt make an installation bracket kit to mount this into a 1996 Ford F250 XLT w/powerstroke motor and std. cab with 8foot box? IF NOT can you recommend similar type ball mount that will remove or flip like the curt C6067???? WANT this type to finish FLUSH with bed floor in truck.

Yes, for your 1996 Ford F-250 XLT with the 8 foot bed we have the Curt Double Lock Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60723. This heavy-duty gooseneck hitch features a chrome-plated hitch ball that easily flips over and stores upside down to allow for a clean bed when you aren't towing. It has a 30,000 pound towing weight capacity.
The kit includes custom brackets that will use existing holes in your F-250's frame rails so you won't have to drill into them during installation. I have attached the written installation instructions and a short video review that you can check out as well.
