Question:

Hey guys how much weight will 1 of the hinged 2 inch bracket hold. Trying to come up with something thats mounts on the wall to hold boxes of downspouts and when not in use swing against wall. Do they make anything like the cone holder but the bar lays flat in the bracket or could the cone holder bar be cut so it lays flat thanks guys let me know. Any help would be great

There may be a solution for you though the Traffic Cone Holder RA-26 does not have a specific weight rating for one of the brackets.

There are a couple options for you to consider like the CargoSmart Rotating Board Holder for E-Track and X-Track Systems # 3481740, which will require you to provide your own shelving. I believe this may have been what you were referring to by something like the cone holder with the bar laying flat in the bracket. It is not the exact design you want but it is something to consider; you could use it with the CargoSmart X-Track Rail # 3481770 and Mounting Hardware Kit # 3481783.

Another option to consider is the Tow-Rax Wall Mounted Folding Table # TWSP45HFTA which has a 100 lb weight capacity and does fold up against the wall for storage; when folded up you can secure it to your wall with something like the Erickson Adjustable Tarp Tie-Down Strap w/ S-Hooks # EM06736. To mount the folding table you would need the Mounting Buttons for Tow-Rax Wall Mounted Folding Table # TWSP30BK.
