Dimensions of CE Smith Side Angle Galvanized Mounting Bracket

Question:
In your QandA, I found the measurement from the mounting surface to the center of the hole in the longer side of this bracket, but what about the measurement from the mounting surface to the hole center if the part is used in the other orientation? I need a bracket like this, but in a different application, not with a roller.

The CE Smith Side Angle Mounting Brackets for Boat Trailer Rollers - Galvanized Steel - 1 Pair # CE10211G have holes that are 2-1/4 inches on center and 1-1/4 inches on center in the other direction. I've attached a photo to assist as well as a photo with other dimensions to assist.
