Question:
Im trying to estimate the rise Ill need to match my trailer about 16inch at the coupler so that I can order the hitch together with the right euro-style ball/drawbar, to save time and shipping cost.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12122 that you referenced will measure 14" from the ground to the top, inside edge of the receiver tube opening. If you measured from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler while level then you will want to use a ball mount with around a 2" rise. Unfortunately, none of the Euro Style Drawbar will be long enough to clear the rear bumper due to it being recessed 7-3/4" therefore, you will be best off using the Curt Class II Drawbar part # C45016 with the 1-7/8" Hitch Ball part # A-80 and the Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip part # F-4 instead.
