Hello, The car wash ate one of my rubber endcaps for these same cross bars. I cannot find replacements. Can you help?

For a replacement end cap to use with your Inno Square Crossbars, I recommend the Replacement Endcap for Thule Roof Rack Square Load Bars part # 853-3593. The Inno and Thule crossbars are the same size (7/8" tall x 1-1/4" wide) so they should work together just fine. Unfortunately, we do not have the replacement Inno end caps so the above will be your best option.
