Question:

I have a 7 year-old Rack and Roll trailer. The part that snaps down to set and maintain the ed length of the trailors tongue has broken. Because this part is broken the trailors tongue length changes depending on whether Im back up or pulling it. Do you have that replacement part/and instructions on how to replace it?

It sounds like the tail block locking assembly broke on your # Y08106 locking lever. Since your Rack and Roll is the 2015 or newer model the correct replacement part is the # 8880334. You can remove the lock core using the control key # Y8007835 and the tail block will attach to the end of the lock core. You will be able to see how it slides in when you remove the old one from your trailer.
