The best hitch for your 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is the Draw Tite part # 24978. The reason I recommend this over the Curt that fits your vehicle is because this only has the hitch opening hang below the rear bumper which means it will be mostly hidden from view. For trailer wiring the best and easiest to install is the Tekonsha kit part # 118791 because it installs simply by plugging inline with your vehicle taillights and does not require any hardwiring or splicing like the universal kits do.

For a ball mount you'd then want the part # 3593 and for hitch balls part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
