I dont have the plug that ties in my vehicle that is not set up there are blue wires red wires i just want to see a video on how to install and wire in indevidualy to the vehicle

Your 2000 Dodge Van does not have brake controller wiring so what you need is the part # ETBC7 that you referenced after installing a 4-way # C55368 (if you don't have one already).
This adapter comes with everything needed to hardwire in the brake controller as well as convert the 4-way to a 7-way.
