Starting on page 303 of the owner's manual for a 2008 Ford Super Duty it looks like there are relays in positions 20 and 21 for the left and right stop/turn trailer signals. Then on page 305 there is a fuse in position 34 for the stop/turn relay and in position 42 there is a fuse for the park lamp (running lights) relay. Page 306 shows a relay in position 55 for the park lamps and a fuse in position 63 for the back-up lamps as well. Let me know if you are still having problems and I can help you troubleshoot further.
I have attached our fit guide for a 2008 Ford Super Duty that shows everything we carry that fits including replacement wiring connectors like part # C55515 for just a 4-Way or part # C55774 for a 4-Way and 7-Way that you can reference as well.

What fuse box are they in, Cab or engine? I shorted the trailer plug and now I have no power to the 4 or 7 plug ins. Are there any other fuses I should check?
