All of our combination tire and wheels like the Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" White Spoke Wheel # AM3S640DX come ready to install. They are balanced in the way trailer tires are balanced which is different than the vehicle tire balancing process that includes adding weights. There is a high (heavy) spot and low (light) spot marked on the tire and then the manufacturer ensures the high/heavy spot of the tire is aligned with the wheel valve stem hole. This is all that is required for balancing trailer tires because they have such a stiff sidewall compared to other styles of tires.
I've attached an article to help with other common trailer tire questions since trailer tires are so unique.
