Im wondering if Item # RRS520 would fit Item # TH43002XT-501? Or is there another stacker that might work with the TracRac SR?

The load bars of the TracRac Ladder Rack part # TH43002XT-501 that you referenced are much bigger than standard load bars found on roof racks. You'd need to use the Malone kayak carrier foam pad part # MPG159 as it can fit the bars of a TracRac ladder rack and allow you to mount 1 kayak per set of blocks.
I also recommend using the Malone Bow and Stern Tie-Down Kit, # MPG306. This kit will include 2 straps to secure both the bow and stern of one kayak.
