The best place to mount the electrical connector is directly to the front bumper fascia, below the chrome moulding. I have attached a few photos of this for you as well on the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # RM-523198-4 but it shouldn't really matter which kit you have.

If you don't already have a flat-tow wiring harness for your vehicle then I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 because it will then allow you to incorporate a change like the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-156-25. The Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles however is not a requirement but a good thing to have. Let me know if you need any other parts for your setup.
