There are two ways to tow the 2010 Nissan Sentra which will vary depending on which transmission you have. If you have a manual transmission then yes, the vehicle can be flat-towed with all four wheels down. However, if you have an automatic transmission which is what most of these vehicles came with then the vehicle must be placed on a tow dolly with the front two wheels off the ground.

I suspect you have the automatic transmission but if not just let me know. I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 so long as you don't have the 17" wheels as they will be too large for this dolly. The Roadmaster Tow Dolly has self-steering wheels for better maneuverability, electric brakes for safety, and all of the require lighting elements. The tow dolly option is often overlooked but it really does save the vehicle from wear and modifications needed for flat-tow parts.
