You can either use the Universal Mounting Plate # BDW20291 (which requires the hardware kit # BDW20297) or the Hitch Mounting Plate # BDW20011 for your Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winch # BDW10043. Both have compatible mounting hole dimensions (10" x 4-1/2") so it just depends on where and how you plan on using the winch.
