Good morning, I have a 2019 Holiday Rambler P35 Coach and a 2019 Toyota Rav4 FWD. Im interested in getting the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs, Item # RM-2050-1. I also need a brake controller and the 7 way plug to go along with the dolly. The question is, will this dolly do the job? The Rav4 is about 3800lbs. If so, can you please suggest a brake controller and wiring harness plus the 7 way adapter and any additional components I may need? Thanks

We have everything you'll need to tow your 2019 Toyota RAV4 FWD with the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1. This dolly will work great too as it has more capacity than needed, brakes, and can steer. To convert the 4-way to a 7-way to operate the brakes you'll want the 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # HS381-9000. This comes with a 7-way and a junction box to make the conversion as easy and clean as possible.

The brake controller I recommend is the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 because this brake controller senses the amount of braking your tow vehicle is applying and puts a proportional amount of braking on the dolly's brakes. It also has a display that uses full words instead of codes that would have to be deciphered. It's our best selling brake controller because of how well it works, how reliable it is, and how easy it is to use.

The install harness you'll need then is the part # 3035-P since your 2019 Holiday Rambler P35 Coach is built on a Ford F-53 chassis.
