Where Does Spindle of Timbren 7k Axle Less Install Relative to Trailer Frame
Updated 04/10/2019 | Published 04/09/2019 >
Question:
Item # TASR7KS02 According to your diagrams the axle is 3/8 off the frame with 2-1/2 travel. Is this correct? Or is there a number in front of the 3/8? On the 5k axles it is significantly different.

Expert Reply:
The spindle height relative to the trailer frame that the Timbren Axle Less kit part # TASR7KS02 you referenced is correct as I verified this with Timbren just now. It is -3/8 inches because this is a drop spindle setup which means the trailer is designed to sit closer to the ground.
