Question:

Roadmaster Spare Tire carrier RM-195125 vs RM-195225: Roadmaster rep also pointed out another consideration for choosing the # RM-195225 or the # RM-195125. If your RV has the standard Ram wheels with little or no offset youll need the # RM-195125. If the wheels have substantial offset meaning the wheel center is NOT near the tread center then instead use # RM-195225. Do you folks know which tire carrier would be preferable with my 2012 Itasca Sunstar 26P Wheels? I have no obstructions to consider on the back of the coachblank wall except for ladder mounted on street side. Thank you for your help.

Since you should be using wheels that have an offset on your 2012 Itasca Sunstar 26P then you will want to go with the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 (see attached photo) over the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125.

The Carrier # RM-195125 has a little bit of an extension from the upright to the mounting bracket which helps keep trailer tires with no offset from rubbing on the back of your trailer and creating black marks.
