The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 will work on your 2018 Ram 1500 with industry standard bed rails. For your bed rails I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16444-204. This is a custom fit for your truck and is compatible with or without factory air suspension. These brackets will not require drilling into your frame and will allow you to utilize holes already present. You will still need to drill into the bed, but this will help you align the holes perfectly. I've attached a video and the installation instructions to assist.
You may also want to consider adding the Mighty Cord 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # A10-7007 to give you a clean and easy connection in the bed of your truck.
