What fan would best fit subject van with minimum projection inside, below ceiling?

The roof vents like the Fan-Tastic part # FV801208 install with a very minimal projection into the interior of the vehicle. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see that the ceiling height of your van would basically be unaffected.
