We have disc brake conversion kits for your 2019 Grand Design's 5200-lb axles that are shown on the linked page. A complete hub-and-rotor kit like # K2HR526D completely replaces your existing hubs with new 6-on-5-1/2 hub/rotors and includes the calipers and pads. To select the right kit you'll need to match the wheel bolt pattern, wheel size and the hub bearing set to your existing setup.
Disc kits for any given axle weight rating come in various finishes. An all stainless-steel kit will hold up better in the long-term. Since you own a premium-quality RV that you're like to own for a whie I recommend using stainless kits like Kodiak # K2R526S that will hold up much better in the long run.
Adding disc brakes also requires a brake actuator to generate hydraulic fluid pressure to the calipers and a brake line kit to deliver that 1600-psi pressure. These are available in two types, surge couplers like # T4750620 which includes an electric lockout to enable backing up, and the electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) type like the HydraStar # HBA16. The EOH setup also requires a compatible trailer brake controller to be installed in the tow vehicle, such as the Prodigy P3 # 90195. We also have kit # HBA16-252-82 which includes brake lines.
I suggest checking out the linked article. It includes links to each of the required components and includes a lot of helpful details that will help you with the project.
