Does the illumination project outward not straight down

The LED Porch and Utility Light for RVs part # DG52724VP has a ribbed lens that is designed to project light at a downward angle which you can see in the attached photo. The light will not project straight down but rather at an angle, downward and outward. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide any specifications on this angle but I feel the attached photo does a really good job demonstrating this angle.
I have also attached a review video for you which shows the light in action so you can get an even further grasp on the projection angle.
