Works perfectly. Much brighter, and was a direct replacement, only with LEDs! Bought several items from accessories to hitches from eTrailer and the e perience is always good.
I replaced about 8 similar units to save energy. My trailer is off grid. They work great and were easy to install.
A very good replacement for the original light. Easily installed and I am happy with this light on my motor home. "etrailer" customer service was very helpful and friendly.
The part came quickly. The hardest job is getting the old light off and caulking cleaned off surface. Reinstalling was as quick as attaching 2 wires, caulking and screwing back on. LED light works great and I have back lighting again!
After 1 year and still building my trailer I hardly used it. I used it only when I was working on the inside of the trailer. Just last week it stopped working. Itvmight have all of 24 hours of use.
I am replacing the outside light on my motorhome. The light is the right size and shape. The LED light is much brighter than the one I had. Your site was easy to follow for someone with not a lot of experience on the computer. You kept me informed as to the shipping and delivery time. I will be back for more parts later. Great job. I installed this utility light on the transom cockpit of my trawler for use at night. The lighting supplied is great for sitting out at night - not too bright, but not too dim.

Fit exactly onto the footprint of the damaged light on my RV. Installed literally in 15 minutes and lit up the porch area much better than the original equipment, incandescent bulb light.

What an overpriced cheap POS light. It’s just an 1156 incandescent fixture with a 1156 socket LED bulb installed . The fixture is not waterproof/moisture proof in anyway not even a single seal around the lens itself. The lens most likely would not last any direct sunlight before any of the 3 small tabs that hold it to the steel backed fixture before the they become brittle and the lens just falls off parked or going down the road.
Appearance and quality is very low quality and would not recommend this product even if etrailer was giving them away free with orders

The light was an exact replacement for the broken one that was on my trailer. I like the LED better than the 1156 bulb light that was on the trailer.
