The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 fits industry-standard fifth wheel rails so to mount it to a 2019 Ford F-350 with the OEM puck system all you need is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30156.
This adapter will mount directly in the pucks of the '19 F-350 and allow you to mount the Patriot fifth wheel hitch.
The accompanying photo shows this adapter installed in the bed of a 2019 F-350 Super Duty and I have added a link to a video of this adapter being installed in that truck for you to take a look at.
