What Is The Correct Footplate for the Ultimate Trailer Jack322-RDJ-2K

Question:

In your description you have it listed as having a 2-1/4 OD tube and a inner 2 inch. Wouldnt that mean a 2 inch foot plate would work for it. I looked at some other jacks and they are 2-1/4 OD and 2 inch inner and you have 2 inch foot plates recommended for them. Please verify the inner tube size and foot plates that will work with the jack

The correct footplate for the Ultimate Trailer Jack part # 322-RDJ-2K is the Footplate for Round Tube, A-Frame Jacks part # JF-101BK. The Ultimate Trailer Jack has two components, an outer with tube with an outer diameter of 2-1/4" and an inner tube with a outer diameter of 2". The Footplate for Round Tube, A-Frame Jacks has an inner diameter (I.D.) of 2" which is why they are able to be used together.

In theory, you could use pretty much any footplate with the Ultimate Trailer Jack so long as the outer diameter of the inner tube and the inner diameter of the footplate match. However, the pin hole location and size will play a factor so it will be best to use two that have already been tested like the Footplate for Round Tube, A-Frame Jacks part # JF-101BK with the Ultimate Trailer Jack part # 322-RDJ-2K.
