Will this work with my Thule Square Bar Roof Rack and an old Thule Snowboard carrier? Ive attached a picture of the Snowboard carrier. Thanks!

Thank you for the photo of your Thule ski/snowboard carrier. Based on review of this it appears you have their Flat Top carrier. The correct replacement mounting parts for this snowboard rack to allow installation on your square Thule crossbars are # 7533998 and # 853-5439.
I confirmed these parts with my contact at Thule.
