I have never heard of an AC unit interfering with the installation of a trailer hitch so unless yours is somehow in the way of where the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358 installs on the frame rails of your 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 there should be no interference.

Keep in mind that this trailer hitch is a fit for 2018 Sprinter 2500's with 144 and 170 inch wheelbases with a factory step bumper.
