The replacement mounting kits for bull bars and grille guards like the kit # 57-378PK that you referenced are specific to both the vehicle and the bar or guard item. This particular kit works with two Westin HDX Grille Guards, item # 57-3780 which is polished steel and item # 57-3785 which is the black powder-coated version.
These two guards fit the 2015 - 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500 but not the Silverado 1500.
The four comparable HDX Grille Guards for the 2017 Silverado 1500 appear on the linked page. If for example you have Westin HDX black grille guard # 57-3875 which does fit your 1500 you will use hardware kit # 57-387PK.
