I took a look in the online version of the owner's manual for your 2011 Ford F-450 Super Duty and it looks like the right turn/stop is fuse location 13 while the left turn/stop is fuse location 14 in your passenger compartment fuse box.
In the power distribution box (under the hood) the left turn/stop is location 74 while the right turn/stop is location 75. I recommend verifying this in your copy of the owner's manual.
If these fuses look good but you still aren't getting a signal when using a circuit tester like part # PTW2991 then the next thing to do is check the wiring for these circuits. If you start at the 7-Way connector at the rear of your F-450 you can trace the wiring for the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock pin positions (see attached photo). Look for any places where the wiring is pinched, bent, or damaged and replace as necessary.
