Is there a system that allows adjustment of each air bag to different pressures ... my rig needs 45psi in one and 60 psi inother to be latterly level

Yes! There are systems out there like that!
These are all pretty similar in how they install/operate so you won't have to worry about compatibility with your current air bag system. If you you like the looks of the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 that you referenced then the dual path equivalent is the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000.
This features a wireless remote control which is an excellent feature in that it allows you to physically step outside of your pickup while you fill the air bags so you can level your ride a lot quicker than guessing from indie the cab.
