There is replacement hardware available for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76419 on your 2019 Chevy Equinox, the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK.

All you need to do is go to this product page, enter the model number of your hitch in the box that says "Hitch Item Number" and then select the correct manufacturer from the drop-down box.

Simply enter "76419" in the "Hitch Item Number" box and select "Draw-Tite" from the drop-down menu.
