I spoke to my contact at the Ventline division of Dexter Axle and they informed me that replacement parts for your Ventline Vent Fan V2027 are no longer available due to the age of the unit, 1974. Unfortunately, Ventline also no longer makes an 8" diameter vent fan anymore so you have two options for replacement.
The first option you have would be to fill part of the hole and then install the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent part # VP-543SP which is 6-1/4" diameter. The other option you have would be to open the hole up to accept a standard 14" x 14" vent fan like the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2094SP-28 for white or part # V2094SP-34 for black.
In order to install either of these vent fans you are also going to need plenty of silicone sealant part # 0160297. I have attached review videos for you as well.
