What is the Measurement for the 4 inch hole from the rear of the bed

For your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 the correct B&W Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch is the part # BWGNRK1016. If you have a short bed truck (less than 8 feet) the center of the 4 inch hole will be located 44-3/4 inches from the rear of the bed. If you have the 8 foot long bed then the center of the hole will be 49-1/2 inches from the rear.
I have attached the complete installation instructions along with an install video that you can use for reference.
The B&W # BWGNRK1012 that you were looking at is designed for earlier model Silverados and will not fit your 2016 model truck.
