Do I need Class S compatible chains for this vehicle? If not, Im looking at either : 1 TH01571247, the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - XB16 - Size 247 or 2 PWE2216S, Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains - Square Link - Reversible - 1 Pair.

I pulled up the owners manual for your 2014 Mazda CX-5 and it states that chains can be used on the tires and there is no mention of needing Class S compatible chains so you would be fine to use any tire chains we offer that fit your tire size of P225/55R19.
The Pewag Square Link Chains # PWE2216S are very durable and will do great in deep snow. The Kong Chains part # TH01571247 will be quite a bit easier to install and since they are a diamond pattern will offer great traction for turning as well as braking and stopping. I wouldn't say the Pewags don't handle well but the Konigs will handle better since they have some links that run at all angles.
